This is a dedication to all those who have come before who participated in the healing, development and awakening of our humanity; to all those who had to practice in hiding, who were imprisoned, who were persecuted or who lost their lives because the masses were not ready to receive their mission & transmission. This is dedicated to all the scientists who were dismissed as heretics, the inventors who had their work destroyed, the healers who were killed as witches, the yogis who lived in caves, the qi masters who trained in the mountains, & all the women & social change agents who have fought for equality.
To those brave souls across the ages inspired by a deeper purpose who have used their precious lives to prime the pathways of potential for a time in the future when our world would be more ready. And as we usher in this next epoch may we utilize technology not for more distraction, escape or manipulation, but integrate it with wisdom, ethics, heart & presence to create emergent solutions to our greatest collective challenges.

BEING WITH UNCERTAINTY
Anxiety about the future is like needing to know the ending of a movie from the beginning without being able to experience how the whole process unfolds.
The inability to “be with uncertainty” & stay engaged in the process allowing the future to emerge can actually block possibilities of what can potentially unfold.
A major difference is while watching a movie, we are passive observers but with our own lives we can actively participate, set intention and to some degree, guide the emerging future.
“Planning is essential; plans are useless.” Dwight Eisenhower
Don’t be a slave to needing to have a guaranteed plan. Planning, intention and direction are very useful. Having a rigid plan is not. Find the courage to live the emerging aliveness of the adventure that is your life.

The next time you are stopped at a stoplight, whether in solitude, with your romantic partner, family or friends, may you remember there is a choice.
