🚨San Diego District Community - New Action Alerts

1️⃣ The House Agriculture Committee has released its draft Farm Bill, as part of the reconciliation package, and it includes a proposal to eliminate the legislative foundation of the SNAP-Ed program. Reach out to your representatives and encourage them to oppose this.

2️⃣ Congress is moving forward with budget reconciliation legislation that could significantly impact access to health care and nutrition programs. Proposals advancing in the house would affect Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, and school meals.
