HFLA Success! 🎉

We are proud to announce that all of our final-year students at the Human Factor Leadership Academy in Ghana who completed the 2025 national Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) have qualified for senior high school placement.

In Ghana, BECE results determine which senior high schools students can attend, making this an important milestone in their education journey.
Some of our students have earned admission to top schools such as Keta Senior High Technical School and Peki Senior High School, both respected institutions in the Volta Region of Ghana.

This success reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of their teachers, and the generosity of friends and supporters who believe in their future.

The Human Factor Theory began with six primary dimensions of the human, but as research evolves, it also captures new ones. One of these is Social Capital: the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that help us build relationships and networks. Social Capital strengthens communities, improves access to resources, and enhances well-being.

Thank you to our amazing supporters and collaborators who made this possible. One student was unable to complete the exams due to unavoidable circumstances.

This includes natural talents, motivation, optimism, accountability, and perseverance. In Human Factor Theory, developing these abilities is as important as academic learning.
Knowledge is valuable, but progress comes when we use that knowledge to act, create, and lead.
