HFLA Success! 🎉

We are proud to announce that all of our final-year students at the Human Factor Leadership Academy in Ghana who completed the 2025 national Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) have qualified for senior high school placement.

In Ghana, BECE results determine which senior high schools students can attend, making this an important milestone in their education journey.
Some of our students have earned admission to top schools such as Keta Senior High Technical School and Peki Senior High School, both respected institutions in the Volta Region of Ghana.

This success reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of their teachers, and the generosity of friends and supporters who believe in their future.

Together, we can prepare the next class of students for even greater milestones.

✨ Monday Motivation: What does moral capital look like in action?

It is a leader who chooses integrity over personal gain.
It is a teacher who treats every student with fairness.
It is a worker who stays disciplined even when no one is watching.

Moral capital is a core dimension of Human Factor Theory. Without it, education, skills, and even economic growth cannot bring lasting transformation.

🌱 At IIHFD, we believe nurturing moral capital is essential for raising leaders who can truly change societies.

👉 How will you practice moral capital this week?

🌍 Human Factor Theory: Expanding the Framework

The Human Factor Theory began with six primary dimensions of the human, but as research evolves, it also captures new ones. One of these is Social Capital: the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that help us build relationships and networks. Social Capital strengthens communities, improves access to resources, and enhances well-being.

💡 How are you building relationships and community to grow your social capital?

📚When a child’s dream is at risk, your support can change everything!

Meet Benedicta! When Benedicta’s father lost his job, her future in school was uncertain. Without help, she might not have been able to finish her education.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Benedicta stayed in school, graduated, and can now dream again about her future.

At the HFLA, we teach more than academics. We help students grow into responsible, compassionate leaders with integrity and strong values.

Your support allows us to hire great teachers and give children a complete education that prepares them for life, not just for work.

Together, we can create more stories like Benedicta’s.

🎉 Celebrating Academic Success!

We’re excited to share that 14 of our 15 HFLA students have completed Junior High and taken Ghana’s BECE, moving on to Senior High.

Thank you to our amazing supporters and collaborators who made this possible. One student was unable to complete the exams due to unavoidable circumstances.

We’re proud of our students and we know they will become the leaders our society needs.

💡 A Thought for Today!

“Economic growth without investment in human development is unsustainable and unethical.” — Amartya Sen

At IIHFD, we believe true progress is measured not just by numbers, but by how people are empowered to reach their full potential. Sustainable change happens when economic growth is matched with a commitment to human flourishing.

How is your nation or organization investing in people?
