Look what our hands can do! Our friends have been hard at work on so many projects lately. 🎨 🧵 🖼️ ✨

San Diego families! Yalla is so excited to begin offering a new enrichment opportunity for your children on Saturdays. Children ages 1-10 will enjoy guided art & play sessions with new friends while parents/caregivers enjoy a peaceful and/or productive three hour block of adult time. Join us next Saturday January 31st for our first weekend sessions of the year. We can’t wait to welcome you! 🎨✨

Our toddler cohort has been working on some fully immersive master pieces with our incredible integrated arts teacher Ms. Mariia this past month. Process art is a core tenant of our programming and something we are so excited to see so many of our friends embracing each day with such confidence.

Wrapping up this week feeling so grateful for this little community we get to be part of.

Our teachers are truly incredible—and this week, our families went above and beyond to make them feel celebrated.

Our team also showed up for each other in such thoughtful ways, reminding us just how lucky we are.

It was a beautiful reminder that we’re not just a daycare—we’re a real community. There’s a synergy between our parents and teachers that’s rare and so special, and we don’t take it for granted.

The love, support, and kindness our families and team bring into this space is just so special 💛.

Happy one-year anniversary to Miss Emma!

When Miss Emma came to interview, we were just two weeks from opening — and the building still looked like a construction site. She looked around and said, “What is going on here? I want to be a part of it.”

From that moment on, she’s been an essential part of our story. Miss Emma has provided steady, loving care to our little ones, helping build the nurturing environment we dreamed of. Her commitment to our families and her care for every child have helped shape the community we have today.

We are so thankful for you, Miss Emma — for believing in us from the very beginning and for all the ways you show up for our kids each and every day.

Our writing center- a last minute idea in the preschool room that has quickly become a class favorite!
