Vigil organized by the San Diego Organizing Project, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the Pope Francis Center at the intersection of Julian Avenue and César E. Chávez Parkway. Community members gathered in prayer at the site where a man was detained, and listened to testimonies from his family and others impacted by ICE detentions.
