Calling all APEX GEAR UP students and staff -
Friday, March 15, 2013 at 9pm we will gather at Applebee's off 7th & Rainbow for half price appetizers and to catch up with everyone. THIS IS NOT A GEAR UP SPONSORED EVENT, so you must bring your own money. Please comment and let me know if you plan to attend so that I can have a count!

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS!!!!

As requested, I will offer high school students a chance to earn community service hours to pay for your laptop in the fall. You must contact the office to schedule a time (913)432.0435. Below are the following times for the next two weeks (Tues. - Thurs.)
10am - 12pm, 1pm - 3pm, 2pm - 4pm. Remember you MUST contact the office before coming. You can respond here or call the office.

Thank you to all parents, students and friends of APEX GEAR UP. We had an awesome time in San Diego and I hope that something that you participated in will help to refocus you for next year. Remember what I said, that even though the grant may be over, Ms. White WILL ALWAYS be here for you! Enjoy the rest of your summer. T-shirts and DVD in the works. I love you all!!!
