Soooo I moved to California a couple of months ago. 🫣😝

There were a lot of Texas peeps I didn't get the chance to say bye to BUT I love you all dearly & I THANK you for being a part of my 15 year journey in the Lone Star State! 🤘💯🥹

While I could maintain a surface-level approach to writing this post, the truth is that these times we are in are turbulent AF and I have definitely been feeling the deep sense of fear, anger, grief, division, and even shame that are pulsating throughout the collective right now.

While some days are more intense than others, I have chosen to respond by going INWARD to see how my own shadows and wounded parts that are being mirrored back to me by what is happening on the public stage.

I do not agree with state-sponsored violence. I do not agree with mass deportations. I do not agree with drawing imaginary lines all over our Mother, the Earth, and creating separate "nations" out of them. Nations of egos who will rabidly defend their version of what is "right" at the cost of exploiting, subjugating, and even killing the perceived "other. "

But whichever side of a "national" or "political" line you may find yourself on, history will only repeat itself until we make a radical change. And that change has to start from within. As the renowned Eckhart Tolle teaches, we can't keep expecting to rearrange our outer world without first rearranging our inner world.

It's time to wake up.

Today I am choosing kindness, love, and UNDERSTANDING. I am choosing to manage my own vibration with radical compassion and self-care.
