This is a new study called Relationship between Structural Empowerment and Job Satisfaction with Intent to Stay in the Organization that can provide a better understanding of empowerment structures that will assist the organization and nursing leaders to develop and implement effective retention strategies and increase the perioperative workforce. For this study, you are invited to rate your experience on empowerment, job satisfaction, and intent to stay in your organization.

About the study:
• One 20 to 30-minute online survey
• The survey is completely anonymous

Volunteers must meet these requirements:
• Registered nurse/Licensed vocational nurse
• Circulate or scrub in a surgical procedure for more than 20 hours/week
• Currently employed for 12 months or more in current facility
• Work in the United States or within its territory
• Do not hold any leadership position or advance practice role in the organization
