It took a while for the layers of the automatic programming the tape of the Voice that was mine and my mind

To start to uneind

the layers peel apart

and then I could hear it was my father’s voice ,

Before it became mine ,
conditioning me
laying down the disgusting truth about me

the shame I would carry .

The pain I would feel .

the burden of not being good enough ,

All of this carefully, put there to keep me silent
to keep me stuck
to make sure I would never talk
Never trust never feel .

To never expose the secrets that we’re going on in our house s o that he would never be put in jail the security would never be threatened, and he could do what he wanted , because he said so.

All of the secrets .

Layers of those beliefs how I felt about myself how I saw myself the choices I made

The good i would block out of my life unconsciously and not allow myself to receive,

We’re all defeating me at this subconscious level,

Because the beliefs, the self loathing were already there -they were still in place,

But that all changed when I started listening to Bob Proctor and Kim Calvert,

Their awareness of their teaching of this programming how it came to be,

But more importantly, the way that they’re able to transfer their awareness of how it is I’m not these things,

Profoundly unwounded programming and it started and the Art of Achievement -

And replace it if how would i love it to be ?

Who ARE You ?
That single session was seven and ever a few times and then the desire to take action against what the programming said
