A whole lot has happened since last year, and unpacking it has been something else. “Normal” me would have left a message here, as I did when I went through surgery and all that. ⁣

But to be honest, “what-the-heck” me was just trying to keep it together.⁣
⁣
I lost someone really important to my family and me last year, and dealing with all the “firsts” without her was pretty intense… and if you have family members living abroad, you get the idea. ⁣

A lot was going on in my mind, and even though I knew I couldn’t have done anything about it, I can say my mental health was not in the best place ever. ⁣
⁣
It all started to spiral in my mind; I was ressignifying things, overthinking everything, feeling super out of sync! Until I finally found an ok balance to get back on my feet and slowly feel more aligned to keep supporting my clients, current and the ones I met during my break here, the best way I could. ⁣
⁣
Being a biz owner can be super lonely sometimes, but some really nice friends reached out, and that’s pretty special. And helpful beyond words. ⁣
⁣
And also, working with understanding folks is the best love language there is.😍😍⁣
