My heart needs LOTS of space and alone time to feel nourished. In the past I avoided this by flinging myself into relationships where I was doing too much for the other person while neglecting myself.

Now I crave spending time with myself, and when I emerge, I can be fully present for all the love ❤️

How will you nourish your heart today? (I am thinking and creating while looking out at the ocean. Glorious!)

Whatever you do, do it for love and with love 🤍

Imagine how you'll feel when you stop trying to convince the world that you are worthy of anything. What happens is the world comes to you.

In fact it's already here. Tap in to the now moment and let go of anything else and you'll find it.

with love,

Are you a fixer? You may have good intentions but you need to know:

You will never free the world by fixing it. You will never free yourself this way either as there will always be more to fix.

The moment you let go of the need to fix anything and instead offer love, you have found the secret to freedom.

The cure for feeling alone and cut off from others. Open your heart. Share yourself. Create something. Connect to the truth within. There will your world open up for you! xo

Connection: when you realize you ARE one with everything.

There’s a big energetic difference between accepting yourself and trying to make others accept you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You are beautiful either way, but you can certainly enjoy your life better when you accept that who you are is beautiful.

Incredible. The word means difficult or impossible to believe. It is the word that most comes to mind when I think of the last year (or two). Never could I have imagined some of the things I have been through or we have been through collectively. We are treading new ground when it comes to relating to ourselves and others.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have compassion for yourself and others as you navigate your feelings and your circumstances. See with your heart rather than your eyes, for so much of what we see is not truth, is not empowering.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Trust your inner knowing, even when it doesn't make sense. There is a part of you, the part that rests with God who sees beyond the darkest moments of hopelessness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Relax into your body, breath by breath, slowly. Peace is available to you here in the now moment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We can't know what tomorrow will bring, but when we stay connected to the heart, we can make it through anything. You already have. You are here. Blessings to you in the new year.

Nothing better than sitting under a blanket on a cool morning (or evening) enjoying a warm cuppa. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What’s in your cup? Tea or coffee?
