Creating strategies to regulate emotions with our peer friends. Kayla was designated the scribe and speaker for her group! Students created video skits which we will view during our Thursday workshop. We also made a recipe involving slicing open a banana and filling it with cinnamon, granola and honey, then wrapping it in foil and baking it for 10 minutes. Yum!
