I love steak for dinner !

The nutrition in red meat includes good protein and fat, niacin, B6, B12, phosphorus, zinc, iron, and creatine -
Baked redskin potatoes, and asparagus are both great sources of potassium
The good carbohydrates in the potatoes provide a healthy source of energy -

Sole with asparagus and mashed potatoes
An excellent meal with lots of protein and carbohydrate. Also, lots of potassium from the asparagus and the mashed potatoes.

Human beings need 4700mg of potassium per day for optimum health - so one good way to get what you need is to have foods that contain potassium (kiwis, bananas, potatoes, yams, spinach, avocado, asparagus) throughout your day.

Breakfast fun with eggs, avocado, grape tomatoes, yams. I also had a kiwi, and some apple juice. Nothing like a great breakfast to start your day!!

Masterpiece by Chef Kurt Priebe. It's an awesome protein meal, lemon chicken with extra colors. For serious training, getting the right amount of protein is very important. So are the carbohydrates needed to support the training effort. The best carbohydrate choices come from the Earth. Rice and beans, potatoes and yams. We plan to utilize more carbohydrate in order to provide energy to do the work to get the muscles coming up this month.

CHEF COACH GRANT IS DOING 3 THINGS 1 IS GETTING ME IN BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE ALSO IN SHAPE AND PUTTING ON 5 LBS I STARTED AT 155 A YEAR AGO MY WEIGHT THAT I HAVE BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE CANT GAIN OR LOOSE TILL I STARTED ON THE DIET OF CHEF COACH Grant D Elias GAVE UP SUGARS AND NOT EATING BUT AT DINNER TIME MY CLIENT CONTRACT INCLUDES PROOF THAT IM NOT FALLING BACK ON MY PRIOR BAD EATING /BAD HABITS S AND EAT STEAKS AND FRUITS LIKE NEVER BEFORE AND EAT ALL THE TIME NOW .LUNCH TIME SOMETHING I NEVER STOPPED FOR BEFORE HIRING A CERTIFIED FITNESS TRAINER AND COACH,NUTRIONALIST ADVISOR AND WEIGHT TRAINING IS THE 3RD THING I NEVER LIFTED MORE THAN 50LBS EVER AND NEVER HIT
COACH AS WELL WAS THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE AFTER COMMITING TO THE PROGRAM PUT BEFORE ME BECAUSE WHAT I NEED TO REMEMBER IS EVERYTHING I EVER TRIED GOT ME NO WERE BUT HEADED OTHER WAY
