Here’s a little bit about our new REAL.Power/DropBombs Coach ⬇️

I grew up in Washington state where I first swung a bat at the age of 4. At 12 I began playing for the WA Ladyhawks and remained with them for 6 years. In high school, I played for Puyallup where I broke 13 hitting and fielding records throughout my 4 years. I then committed to the University of San Diego after my sophomore summer where I earned 1st Team All-Conference and 2nd Team All-Conference. After college, I took a year off only to realize I can’t stay away for long. Now I play on a few Co-Ed and Men’s slowpitch teams every Tuesday and am looking to fill my other days with fastpitch. I have been fortunate enough to work with teams, clinics, and camps in Washington and California. My daily schedule is based around my career where I gave up my Educator title in the classroom and moved my energy to a nonprofit that provides STEM education to underserved minorities and girls. Softball is a sport that I will always feel a strong pull toward and I believe that everyone who feels the same pull has a special relationship with it. That’s what I love about Lindsey and what she has created with Drop Bombs. There’s every positive aspect of softball pulled into one program that allows you to bring those things into your game. I want to instill these same philosophies of softball into each girl; highlighting mental health and confidence in the power they possess. Softball has the potential to be the most exciting game and curating the game as a young player is such a valuable thing to be able to do. I am excited to learn under some great coaches and be a resource for young girls loving the sport for what it is.
