New Exec board alert! 💚 Please welcome ! She is a fourth year majoring in marketing and minoring in cultural proficiency! The reason She wanted to become more involved in BSG was because She thought it would be a great place for me to grow professionally! To her, marketing is a means to educate the privileged on social issues while also trying to bring awareness to help the underprivileged. She is also excited to learn more about the social impact space in local areas and how she can further help underserved communities with the knowledge she will gain throughout the featured speaker meetings!

Now we have our go pf membership! Her name is Hannah Valdez and She is a Business Marketing major in her senior year. She grew up in San Diego, so naturally she ended in SDSU! She joined the Business for Social Good club because shes really inspired by the things that this organization does. After attending some of the meetings in the previous semester, she has been so moved by the businesses that help out the community such as Rise Up Industries who help formerly incarcerated individuals and also Aravind Eye Care who help out communities that can’t afford eye exams. She wanted to be a part of this club because it would mean making a difference in society one step at a time. She can’t wait to serve as a connection for new members to work with businesses who commit work for a social cause and to make change.
