Our Hold Me Tight® Workshop for Couples is based on
2 / 2
Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy,
and the international best-selling book "Hold Me Tight: 7
Conversations for a Lifetime of Love" by Dr. Sue Johnson.

This is a positive, research-based program for all committed
couples that want to strengthen and deepen their relationship.

Understanding what is at the root of most conflicts between
you and your partner, and how to change those moments has
been a game changer for many couples.

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy has been shown through
research to be the most effective approach to helping couples
grow their bond and ability to work through challenging
moments that inevitably arise in life.

The fee is $1285 per couple for the two days. This includes a workbook, assistance when needed during the weekend,
lunch, snacks, and beverages each day.
