Sometimes trying to make sense of life means accepting that we won’t always get immediate answers. We see moments; God sees the full picture. We measure time by pain, waiting, and outcomes. God measures from eternity. 🔑

That doesn’t make loss easier.
That doesn’t erase confusion.
That doesn’t stop grief from hurting.

There are seasons where life feels beautiful and ordered.
And there are seasons where everything feels fragile, temporary, and out of our control.

Our lives are in God’s hands, and hope still exists even in the middle of uncertainty.

So today, I’m learning to hold life differently:

* more grateful
* more aware of how precious people are
* less convinced I control tomorrow
* and more dependent on God for peace in the present

But training is more than correction.
It’s modeling.
It’s patience.
It’s repetition.
It’s safety.
It’s teaching through love and consistency.

Growth is realizing that children are developing, not just “misbehaving.”

And many adults are still healing from environments where development was mistaken for defiance.

Children borrow our nervous systems first.
Which is why our healing matters too❣️

Growth: a shift from seeing behavior as “disobedience” to seeing it as development. And honestly, a lot of people never experienced that themselves as children, so when they become parents, caregivers, teachers, or leaders, they’re trying to build a bridge while walking on it.

Children are not born understanding systems, sequencing, emotional regulation, or executive functioning. They borrow ours first. This is why healing is so important.
