I have been teaching since 2007 and have attended teacher training and early childhood education programs sponsored by the American embassy, British council, and ActionAid in Burma. In the USA, I worked as a math tutor at a community college and as a teaching assistant at the University of California, San Diego. I also obtained CRLA certification for college tutors. I have experience teaching at middle schools in Hong Kong and China. In addition to my page, I offer freelance teaching services. I specialize in helping students of all ages and backgrounds improve their writing skills, deepen their understanding of various subjects, and develop their critical thinking abilities. My hobbies include reading books on philosophy and spirituality, writing articles and essays on various topics, practicing meditation and mindfulness, learning new languages and cultures, hiking and exploring nature, cooking and trying out new recipes, watching documentaries and independent films, and listening to music from around the world.
