Hi families! Would you like to have a positive, calm and empowering birth? In HypnoBirthing® we teach the tools you need to surrender to the unknown of birthing. We guide you to envision your experience and help you step into that story with confidence, bravery and power leaving you with nothing less than the goddess warrior that you embraced along the way.

This is an investment for yourself, your birth companion and your baby to reap the benefits of a positive, calm birth by making informed choices, learning to surrender, feeling connected as a family, understanding the anatomy of the uterus and pelvic area, soaking in the breathing techniques, allowing yourself to go into a deep relaxation during the most intense moments of labor and so much more. This course is for you if you are birthing in or out of the hospital, this is your first or multiple birth, if you are having a natural birth or a planned c-section. Simply, this course is for you if you are having a baby enter this world in the near or far future.

What You Will Learn in HypnoBirthing® Classes

HypnoBirthing® Classes are taught in a format of five, 2 1/2-hour classes. If you are very near to your birthing time, we can make special arrangements for individual classes with you otherwise it will be a group setting.

Class 1 - Setting the stage
Introduction to the remarkable HypnoBirthing® philosophy

Class 2 - Pre-birth family bonding and preparing your mind and body

Class 3 - Self-hypnosis visualization and advanced deepening

Class 4 - Overview and summary of childbirth

This series will take place:

Marie, owner of will be our special guest sharing her wisdom about the benefits of acupuncture and NET. I, Melinda, have personally been blessed with laying on Marie’s table and healed by her work. Here’s your chance to learn more about what she does in our community.

Window of gathering 10am-12pm
We do windows ... because mom life.

We’ll gather for a chat with our community providers, then walk, talk and connect with one another. We will stop in a grassy area to rest, let the toddlers run and feed babies.

Part 2:
Information isn’t the same as preparation.

You can know every stage of labor and still feel overwhelmed when it begins.

Real preparation looks like:
– knowing how to breathe when sensations rise
– staying grounded when things shift
– feeling connected to your body instead of fighting it

This is why out-of-hospital antenatal education matters.

It fills the space between medical care and embodied readiness.
