Divorce is one of the things in my life that I find difficult to reconcile. It might be very challenging to understand how something could possibly happen at times. Blaming others is so simple. Hatred and negativity have no place in my existence. No room is available for it.

At any given time along this path of change, you might be feeling scared, confused, angry, sad, and lonely. You might be feelinged-out, numb. And all those plucky words of chin-up encouragement, or flat-lining platitudes friends and family continue to proffer are falling on your deaf and numb and pained ears.

You are not by yourself. Everyone needs assistance in dealing with divorce, and recovery after divorce is particularly difficult.

Do you even know what "healed" looks like?. We've all been in that position where we don't know what we don't know.
