As you may or may not know, my full-time gig is teaching. I love teaching, as weird as it may be right now. I also love that I get time, however limited these days, to be creative. This makes leather craft a very sporadic, seasonal hobby that comes and goes in waves. Sometimes a project like this bag sits on the work bench partially assembled for about 4 months. This was a color combo I couldn’t get out of my head for a long time; and sometimes when that happens, the only way to get past it is to put everything else on hold and make the design that’s in your head. So here’s to my first completed project in months 🍻
