House with flood damage getting major face lift: Reconfigure kitchen by taking out wall between living and kitchen. Expand entry by relocating furnace and coat closet. Existing bonus room walls are removed to create tech area and to expand living room into a great room. Shotgun room removed to create out door living room with barbecue. Bathrooms and bedrooms remodeled. New covered entry and garage door. New siding and stone surround. New gates, remodeled firepit, new pool plaster, tile and equipment, new fencing.
