The San Carlos Micro School Re-Opening Plan

The San Carlos Micro School was started in January of 2018 with an idea to create lifelong learners. Since our inception, our model of learning has been flexible and adaptive to meet the challenges faced in our educational communities. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our students, their families, and our Apache community.

With that, our school will be starting on August 3rd with an all online learning environment. All of our curriculum will be available online, our teacher will provide virtual one on one tutoring services and individual assistance throughout the week, and every student will be provided a laptop with data services for internet connectivity.

While we like to resume in person classes as soon as possible we understand Tribal leadership has asked we all do our part and limit social activity until deemed safe by TERC. We are committed to doing our part to keep our reservation safe and healthy and will resume in person classes as soon as Tribal restrictions are lifted.

We look forward to serving our Apache community and continue looking forward to providing a world class education for our Apache students!
