Congratulations to our Department Head and Lead Professor of Agriculture, Ty Chumbley, on being interviewed by KENS 5 for his work in developing New World Screw Worm curriculum for FFA, 4-H, and future agricultural leaders across Texas.

As the first curriculum of its kind in Bexar County, this initiative will help educate the next generation of agricultural professionals on protecting our livestock, stock shows, and agricultural projects from the threat of the New World Screw Worm.

We're proud to see Palo Alto College CTE leading the way in agricultural education and making an impact across Texas! 🌾🐄🎉

The program, which has already attracted attention from several local high schools, is expected to launch in August.
