يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا آمِنُوا بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ…
(سورۃ النساء 4:136)

آج کی رات:
اپنے ایمان کا جائزہ لیں
اپنے دل کو کینہ، حسد اور نفرت سے صاف کریں
سچی توبہ کریں
اللہ سے معافی اور ہدایت مانگیں
کیونکہ اللہ آج ہمیں بخشنے کے لیے دیکھ رہا ہے۔اللہ ہمیں اس بابرکت رات سے بھرپور فائدہ اٹھانے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔

Shab-e-Barāt – A Blessed Night

(15th Night of Sha‘bān, the 8th Islamic Month)

All praise is due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger ﷺ.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Tonight is the 15th night of Sha‘bān, the eighth month in the Islamic lunar calendar, which comes just before the holy month of Ramadan. This is a very special and blessed night known as Shab-e-Barāt.The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

“Allah looks at His creation on the middle night of Sha‘bān and forgives all of them, except the one who associates partners with Him and the one who has hatred in his heart.”
(Ibn Mājah)

This shows the great mercy and forgiveness from Allah on this night.

However, Islam does not mandate any specific rituals for this night. What matters most is our sincere repentance, purification of the heart, and seeking Allah’s mercy. The Prophet ﷺ also said:

“Deeds are presented before Allah, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting.”
(Tirmidhi)

Therefore, increasing worship, prayer, and fasting in Sha‘bān is highly recommended.

What can we do tonight?

Make sincere tawbah (repentance)

Seek istighfār (forgiveness)

Remove any hatred, jealousy, or grudges from your heart

Recite the Qur’an

Perform voluntary nafl prayers

Pray for your parents, children, and the whole Muslim UmmahRemember:
This night is not about fate being sealed, but about Allah’s mercy being abundant.

May Allah grant us the ability to benefit from this blessed night and accept all our prayers.

📖 Hadith (Arabic):
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ:
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ:
«أَحَبُّ الأَعْمَالِ إِلَى اللَّهِ أَدْوَمُهَا وَإِنْ قَلَّ»
(صحيح البخاري ومسلم)

Translation:
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent, even if they are small.”
(Sahih Bukhari & Muslim)

Let’s use today to build a small good habit — whether it’s reciting a few verses of Qur’an, sending salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ, or making du‘ā.
Small steps, done with sincerity, bring big rewards with Allah.

Friday is a day of blessings, mercy, and dua.

📖 Qur’an (Arabic + Translation):
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نُودِيَ لِلصَّلَاةِ مِن يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ فَاسْعَوْا إِلَىٰ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ وَذَرُوا الْبَيْعَ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
(سورة الجمعة 62:9)

“O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu‘ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew.”

🤲 Hadith:
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The best day on which the sun has risen is Friday; on it Adam was created, on it he was made to enter Paradise, and on it he was expelled from it. And the Last Hour will take place on no day other than Friday.”
(Sahih Muslim)

📖 Reading Sūrah Al-Kahf on Friday:
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever reads Sūrah Al-Kahf on Friday, it will be a light for him between this Friday and the next.”
(Al-Hakim; Al-Bayhaqi)

The 13 Faraiz of Namaz – Explained! 🌙

The day before, we learned that Namaz has 13 Faraiz (obligations). Today, let’s understand them in detail:

✨ 7 External Fardh (Prerequisites) – conditions before starting prayer:
1️⃣ Purity of body (Wudu or Ghusl).
2️⃣ Purity of clothing.
3️⃣ Covering of private parts (Satr).
4️⃣ Facing the Qibla.
5️⃣ Purity of the prayer place.
6️⃣ Knowing the correct time of prayer.
7️⃣ Having pure intention (Niyyah).

✨ 6 Internal Fardh (Pillars of Prayer) – actions inside prayer:
1️⃣ Takbiratul Ihram (saying Allahu Akbar to begin).
2️⃣ Qiyam (standing if able).
3️⃣ Recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah.
4️⃣ Ruku (bowing).
5️⃣ Sujud (prostration).
6️⃣ Jalsah (sitting between two prostrations).

💡 Without fulfilling these, Salah is not complete. That’s why knowledge is just as important as action.
