Out of six recipient programs in Bexar County, TX Fast Track stands out for its innovative approach to technical training—helping residents gain hands-on maintenance technician skills at zero cost.

Our 10-week hands-on training program, powered by Bexar County, prepares residents for high-demand careers as advanced manufacturing technicians—no degree or prior experience required.

⚙️ Fast 1: Zack Zubay

Zack brings invaluable real-world experience to the
table! Whenever a tough concept comes up, he’s quick
to share actual skills and examples he’s used in the
field. But he doesn’t stop there—Zack is a natural
leader who excels at coaching, relaying complex
information, and making sure no teammate is left
behind.

⚙️ Fast 2: Dino Arredondo

Dino sets the standard for kindness, empathy, and peer
support! With a great attitude and a proactive mindset,
he regularly checks in on classmates and stays until
the very end to ensure everyone succeeds. In fact, his
initiative even inspired his class leader on how to
empower and guide others!

Xander was selected for his outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help others. He consistently arrives early to class and is always ready to lend a hand to his classmates. Whether reviewing the previous day’s lessons or helping others better understand the material, Xander is a dependable teammate who goes above and beyond to support those around him.
👏 Fast 2: Jose Segura
Jose earned Student of the Week for his initiative and leadership. He regularly began the end-of-day classroom cleanup without being asked, took out the trash, and was always willing to help his classmates. His class leader recognized and appreciated Jose’s ability to step up and take initiative without being prompted.
Your dedication, teamwork, and positive attitudes make a difference in the classroom every day. Keep up the great work!

Congratulations to Megan and Gina for being recognized as our Student Leaders of the Week!

✨ Looking back at our TX Fast Track Cohort 26-B Graduation that took place on June 12! 🎓
