Today, students focused on the Packing Machine Simulator as they prepared for their upcoming final assessment. ⚙️📚

The PMS brings together many of the skills they’ve learned throughout the program, including electrical systems, pneumatics, gears, and timing. This hands-on equipment gives students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting while building confidence for their final evaluation. 👏

Student of the week: Kaden Muñoz 😁

This week, Kaden was chosen as Class Leader of the Week for his leadership skills and dedication. He consistently supports his classmates, stays engaged in class, and is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

Whether it’s helping others work through gearbox activities or assisting with classwork, Kaden is a dependable team member who contributes to a positive learning environment. 👏⚙️

Student of the week: Carlos 😎

This week Carlos was focused and attentive when it came to class lectures, always coming prepared and wearing the proper PPE in every lab. 🥽📏

He makes sure to ask questions for better understanding and explains to classmates whenever they have trouble with a topic. His willingness to learn and help others is an attribute we value in our program, way to go Carlos! 🥳👏

Gear Box Rebuilding ⚙️🧰

Students spent the day working on gearbox rebuilding, exploring different gear types including spur, helical, bevel, and worm gears. 🛠️📏

They practiced identifying each one and learned how to properly rebuild and assemble them during the hands on learning! 😁
