Antonian Apache Track and Field

Under the direction of Antonian head coach Devlyn Lovell, the Antonian Cross Country Daily Camp is open to any and all high school and middle school aged runners regardless of ability level. The camp is on the campus of Antonian College Preparatory High School located at 6425 West Avenue. Campers get the opportunity to run some with collegiate and high school runners who are eager to share their running experiences, knowledge, and passion for the sport.
Dates: June 3 thru August 10, 2024 (Monday-Friday) 7:15 AM – 8:45 AM
Age Group: 9-17
Gender: Co-ed

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10
Grouped by: age, ability, current mileage, and XC experience

Equipment needed: Campers should bring at least one pair of running shoes.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Extra Athletic clothing
1 pair of running shoes
Water bottle
Sunblock
Small gym bag/backpack
Yoga mat or towel

DOES THIS CAMP HAVE MEDICAL PERSONNEL ON STAFF?
We have a certified athletic training on-site and a doctor on-call at all times in case of a training injury or medical ailment/emergency.

Monday, Janurary 9-Ferrara Field, 3:30 SHARP-5:30PM. Be dressed for cold weather and have good running shoes. Be ready to work hard, be a positive and respectful team member, and dedicate yourself to this sport, to your teammates, and to your goals.

*FIRST TRACK MEET is Saturday, February 25, Saint Mary's Hall HS, Baron Relays.
