Burton (Texas Registry # 1180) is an "educarer" who desires to reach the exceptional needs of all children and their families. She has previously served as the Children’s Choir Coordinator and in Nursery Ministry for the past 20 years at Maranatha Bible Church and she is the proud owner of Handmaiden’s Heart Child Care Ministry. She desires to help children develop the highest spiritual, mental,

emotional and physical development possible. Vickey’s steadfast devotion to use her life to make an indelible mark on the world through teaching children has led her to not only into child care but to pursue an advanced education in the field of child development and teaching others what she has learned. She has earned a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Education) Degree in Early Childhood Development from Wayland Baptist University and is working on her Masters in Special Education from Wayland Baptist University. Vickey is also a “Baby Signs” teacher and is diligently pursuing certification in sign language for babies and children. Her greatest joy is her love of and service to Jesus Christ and her many children and their families. Ms Vickey loves working with ALL of God’s children to leave indelible mark on the world.
