Today was bittersweet as we celebrated two incredible ladies beginning a new chapter. While we are sad to see them go, we know they have dedicated so many years of hard work and are more than ready for this next adventure!

Mrs. Tejeda, thank you for your 35 years of dedication and service to Southside. Your commitment, kindness, and love for our students and staff have made a lasting impact.

Ms. DeHoyos, thank you for your 21 years in education, including 5 wonderful years here at Southside. Your hard work and care for students will always be appreciated.

Now it’s time to relax, catch up on sleep, enjoy long lunches, and make wonderful memories! ☀️💐

Experiences like these help our students dream big and begin thinking about all the exciting opportunities ahead of them. 🌟
