Our Reddix Bucks school-age students in Mrs Brown’s are celebrating Hisp. Heritage Month & Fall by making pumpkin empanadas ! Using their switches and multiple senses (sight, touch, smell) to learn! Go Reddix Little Bucks!

Elliott was so eager to get a job that he was hired on the spot after a great interview at ! Mr. Trip listened and worked with Elliott and his family to find the best fit! Congratulations! WAY2GO Elliott!!

We are back at the Texas Diaper Bank! Working on skills to volunteer and getting out in our community to give back. Mr. Andrew reporting how his crew crushed it and how they made Reddix proud!

Reina's birthday party was off the hook! She had a great time hanging out with her friends and socializing. This is what we want to see with our young adults! Making friendships sustainable and building community! Reddix girls rock!

Ms. Demi's class put their lessons into practice when they volunteered and then packed a cold lunch for an outing. The students made sandwiches and socialized with friends while applying what they had learned during the week. This is a prime example of applying what we are learning here at Reddix to adult life in the community. Way to go Bucks!

This week Ms. Shelby's class enjoyed a recreational outing to Bass Pro Shop. The students worked on their social skills while playing checkers. And who doesn't love seeing fish? Adult life is what you make of it!
