PC ‘23 is all grown up!!! Alumni we’re getting ready to welcome our seniors into the spur-ex life at our Spur Advance happy hour event ONE WEEK from today on Thursday April 30th at 5:30 PM!! Make sure you RSVP at the link in our bio. We can’t wait to see you!!

Many Spurexes lost a very dear friend two weeks ago on March 12th.

Lauren A. Sullivan pledged in the Spring of 1985. Her pledge sisters say she was the best. Loved by Spurs and Teers alike. 💙💛

There are two private memorials:
The first will be at UMASS in Boston on Friday, March 27, in Ballroom C of their Campus Center from 1-4.
The second will be in her hometown of New Orleans at The Crossing venue (https://www.the-crossing.com/) on Saturday, April 11 from 4:30-7. As Lauren would have wanted, this gathering will be a party for family, friends and colleagues to love her and one another. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lauren’s honor may be made to the Society for American Archaeology’s Historically Underrepresented Groups Scholarship (HUGS) to support the next generation of archaeologists.

Calling all San Antonio and local SPUR-Exes!! We have a super fun inaugural (but hopefully continuing) happy hour style networking event welcoming the SPURS PC ’23 senior class to joining the rest of you in being Spur-Exes. Graduating can be scary, but being able to connect and network with local alumni before our seniors venture out would into the adult world would be a great opportunity. Some of our goals for this school year include reviving the strong active-alumni connection SPURS has always boasted, as seen in our emphasis on alumni weekend this past October, so we are hopeful any local SPURS could make it out for this event! And last but certainly not least! Join spurs for some coffee as we make signs to cheer on our soccer spurs before their game at 11am on Sunday!! This will be a great end to our weekend full of fun! 💛💙

And that’s not all! After yoga come join the spurs for the alumni weekend tailgate!! will have a dunk tank with all donations going to our philanthropy, Family Violence Prevention Services 💛💙💜

We are one week out from our yoga class taught by !! We can’t wait to see you all there!

💙”I always loved bid day, it was so much fun for the whole club to come together and wear the most spur-y stuff we could find and be loud and obnoxious showing off our spur pride and welcoming the spbabies into the fold! I love recognizing things I wore on bid day in other spurs bid day photos from before I was a spur and those same items showing up in recent bid day photos!”
