Here's where we came in. A pre-immersive experience called "Vancouver 1948" created a sensation at the NY 2014 Tribeca Film festival just as a kid from California named Palmer Luckey gaff-taped together the beginnings of a new medium, and a group in Texas began experimenting with educational VR movies.
