Did you know your brain would rather keep you safe than let you grow?
That’s why you feel stuck.

One pattern that keeps showing up in my conversations lately with high-achieving professionals is this, they all have a successful career, stable path, and years of experience.
But underneath all of that?
Something feels off.

This feeling of something feeling off isn’t about a lack of ambition or drive...
It’s about what happens when you’ve followed the path you were supposed to follow and realize it no longer feels like yours.
I talk to people every day who have:
– Invested years into their career
– Built credibility and status
– Done everything “right”
…and still feel stuck.
So they stay.
Not because they want to, but because of what they might lose... the title, security, and identity they’ve built.
Starting over feels too risky.
I understand that more than you know.
Here's my story, why PEAK Confidence Group exists, and why this work matters!
For a long time, I lived that life.
I stayed in roles 5–10 years at a time.
I spent 22 years in the insurance industry because it was my passion and identity I built.
But over time, I felt it…
That quiet pull telling me something needed to change and if I would’ve played it safe, I would’ve never found my purpose.
So I stopped ignoring it.
I started paying attention.
I experimented.
I reflected.
I made small, aligned moves.
Nothing drastic at first… just intentional.
That led me into HR - Learning & Development… and that changed everything!!!
The common thread of every role in those 22 years prior was my passion for coaching and developing others.
Four years later, I stepped into something I had always dreamed of… Becoming an entrepreneur full-time!
Today, I get to do work that truly aligns with who I am—helping people transform their lives and building confident leaders across generations.
What I’ve learned is this:
Purpose doesn’t just show up one day.
It’s built through:
– Experimentation
– Self-awareness and reflection
– Recognizing patterns in your own life
That’s the framework I’ve developed for my life… and how I live and lead every single day. Now my clients are doing the same.
It's my signature framework and the foundation of my programs. I call it The Power of P3™.

What can happen in 12 weeks when you commit to a real milestone?
For me, it meant transforming the future of my business.
I’m proud to share that I recently graduated from the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center Milestone Circle Program and reached a milestone that will shape the next chapter of Eileen Suarez CoachSulting, LLC. (DBA PEAK Confidence Group)
Milestone Circles is a 12-week program designed to help U.S.-based founders build, scale, and lead with purpose. It brings together entrepreneurs across the country who are committed to growing businesses that create real impact.
At the beginning of the program, each founder sets a milestone they are determined to achieve.
Here was mine.
To develop and launch a global-ready brand and marketing strategy that would position my company to grow its impact nationally and beyond.
And I’m proud to say I accomplished it!
During these 12 weeks, I:
• Developed and launched a global-ready brand and marketing strategy for PEAK Confidence Group
• Expanded national visibility through online publications and podcasts
• Secured community partnerships to grow the Confident Leaders Give Back Program
For me, this milestone represents something bigger than business growth. It represents expanding my mission to build confident leaders across generations through mindset and strengths-based coaching and facilitation.
Confidence-driven leadership has the power to create ripple-effect transformation across individuals, organizations, and communities.
Super excited about the momentum ahead!

Did you recently receive a performance evaluation that didn’t reflect the impact you know you made? If so, this post is for YOU!
If it left you confused, disappointed, or questioning yourself, you’re not alone. Performance reviews can mess with even the highest-achieving professionals.
I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with people who are frustrated and honestly disappointed by the ratings they received. I get it. I REALLY get it.
For most of my career, I consistently earned Exceeds and Far Exceeds expectations. I worked hard, made an impact, and the results spoke for themselves.
Then I made a career shift about four years ago into work I was deeply passionate about.
I was building onboarding programs.
Identifying skill gaps.
Designing customized, experiential learning experiences.
Facilitating workshops and team builders—on top of my core role.
I was making a real impact. Leaders and executives across the organization recognized it regularly. I was excited for my first performance review in that role.
And then… I received “meets expectations.”
For the first time in my career!
I was confused. I felt like the system was broken. So I did what high performers do, I reflected and asked myself and my leader, What do I need to do differently to exceed expectations next year?
The next year? Same rating.
The year after that? Same.
And again.
Each year, I went even further above and beyond, led high-visibilty enterprise efforts. I wasn't just doing more work, but creating value, developing people, and driving impact across the entire organization.
People told me to stop working so hard. To stop putting in the extra hours. But when excellence is your standard… you don’t know how to turn that off.
Today, as a full-time entrepreneur, my performance is finally in my control and it feels incredibly aligned to be able to reach my full potential without a rating defining it.
Here’s what I want you to hear if you’re in this season right now:
You are not alone.
You are not crazy for feeling disappointed.
But don’t let a performance evaluation become a mental barrier.
Don’t internalize a system that may not be built to fully reward initiative. If you’re realizing that your growth has outpaced your environment… that awareness matters.
As an entrepreneur, I now help high-achieving professionals break through the mental barriers that keep them second-guessing themselves and lead with confidence, clarity, and ownership of their value.

As a high-performing professional in the corporate world, my mind never stopped.
I was always working.
Always thinking.
Always going above and beyond.
I did extra things, even when they weren’t part of my role. (Those extra things did become my superpower...more on that in another post)
That’s how I functioned. That’s how I found value. That’s how I succeeded when I worked in corporate.
While that drive served me well, it also trained my mind to believe that rest had to be earned and stillness was optional.
That mindset doesn’t just turn off when you leave corporate. You have to be intentional about rewiring it.
Now, I’m learning that being effective doesn’t require constant output. Sometimes the most powerful move is to pause.
High performance isn’t just about doing more. It’s about knowing when to slow down so you can sustain what you’re building.
