Not everyone who questions your direction is a naysayer.
Sometimes they see something you don’t.
But not every opinion deserves equal weight, either.
The real question is whether someone is speaking from relevant experience and genuine insight, or simply projecting their own fears, limitations, and preferences onto your decisions.
