This Juneteenth, we honor the strength, perseverance, and achievements of those who have broken barriers and paved the way for future generations. Whoopi Goldberg’s journey reminds us that a diagnosis does not define potential. Despite receiving a dyslexia diagnosis later in life, she became the first Black woman to achieve EGOT status—winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award.

At Celebrate Dyslexia Schools, success is built through consistency, evidence-based instruction, and a commitment to every child’s potential.

We’re proud to share that among our 3rd-grade students who passed the Reading STAAR assessment, 87% have been with CDS for two years. This achievement reflects the power of early intervention, specialized dyslexia support, and the dedication of our students, families, and educators.

At Celebrate Dyslexia Schools, our students aren’t just making progress—they’re achieving remarkable growth in reading.

📚 2nd Grade: 77% grew 1+ grade level, and 27% grew 2 grade levels
📚 3rd Grade: 56% grew 1+ grade level, and 93% of students enrolled for 2 years passed the Reading STAAR. 📚 4th Grade: 85% exceeded their reading goals, and 46% grew 2 grade levels

These results represent confidence gained, barriers broken, and futures transformed.
