The last three years, I have applied for the CREST Award to recognize the counseling program here at Schulze Elementary. I am happy to report another winning year! Three in a row! Thank you to the Counseling Advisory Council, teacher and admin team for your continued support. 🫶

World Kindness Day is Tomorrow!! Did you know that doing something kind for another person is beneficial to both parties involved? Both people experience a boost in endorphins, which are feel good hormones. Plan to do something kind tomorrow!

Congratulations to our November Student’s of the Month!! They all demonstrated examplary core values of being safe, respectful and responsible.

Red Ribbon Week started off last week with an awesome concert by the Air Force Rock Band! The Schulze Safety Patrols had a great time and were wonderful representatives for Schulze.

We had a great time hosting McCollum and Harlandale HS theater programs as our special assembly presenters! They created engaging skits to remind our students to use their voices to be United against bullying!

ATTN 5th Grade Parents! Please RSVP for the transition parent session hosted by all the counselors in the district! It is Wednesday, May 21st, the day before our field trip to the Transition Symposium at Texas A&M!

A flyer will be sent home today!

Our 5th grade students will be attending the Middle School Transition Symposium on Thursday May 22nd at Texas A&M University San Antonio. They will learn some tips to be more successful and prepared for middle school as well as getting a taste of the college experience.

Parent are invited to a special 5th-6th transition presentation on May 21st at Morrill Center at 5:30pm.
