I used to think I had a motivation problem.

Turns out, I had an exhaustion problem.

I wasn’t lazy.
I wasn’t incapable.
I wasn’t “bad at consistency.”

I was living in constant:

* “have to”
* rushing
* proving
* overthinking
* pushing
* emotional heaviness

…and then wondering why simple things felt hard.

A nervous system that never feels safe will eventually make even things you WANT feel overwhelming.

That realization changed how I approach:

* work
* relationships
* creativity
* rest
* business
* all of it.

Some of us don’t need more pressure.

We need a different way forward.

We tried something new tonight…
blindfolds on, markers in hand, zero control 😅
And somehow… it turned into one of the most connected, laughter-filled nights we’ve had in a while.
No screens.
No pressure to “get it right.”
Just being together.
Guided in a way that made it easy to drop in, loosen up, and actually see each other—even without seeing at all.
This is what I didn’t realize we were craving.
Not more time…
but better time.

Sneak peak into my journal this morning: "Brightness and radiance. I fully allow love and light to come through me. Bubbly, hopeful, celebratory, smiling, enjoying, small, lavish, big moments, equanimity, all parts of me are welcome."
