That’s a wrap on the 2020 summer edition of the GROWTH Lab. We will we back together, virtually, in the fall.
Our mission is to help children and families through research and advocacy. We have made significant progress in our research projects this summer and to finish off the semester, we wanted to engage in advocacy work targeted towards children. Given limitations imposed by social distancing and safety precautions, we decided to use our creativity to make and to send letters of encouragement and art to The Children's Shelter, a local emergency shelter for abused and neglected children. We’re hoping our letters and art bring a smile to the children’s faces!
