I was asked what do I carry on my IFAK? (Individual First Aid Kit) well, here it is… I carry what I need to patch myself or allow a Good Samaritan to patch me if I’m unable. On my belt kit… tourniquet, quick clot, chest seal, gauze, shears, gloves, and tape. That’s it! Enough to “stop the bleed”
