🚨 Quick question...

You walk into your living room and find a family member collapsed on the floor.

What's the FIRST thing you do?

(No cheating. Answer in the comments before reading everyone else's responses. 👀)

Every CPR class starts with the basics, but in a real emergency those first few seconds can feel like a lifetime.

The best time to learn lifesaving skills isn't during an emergency.

🚨 Just checking...

If your spouse, child, coworker, or best friend suddenly collapsed right now...

Would you know what to do?

Most people think CPR is something they'll never need. Unfortunately, emergencies don't wait for us to be ready.

The good news? Learning CPR, AED use, First Aid, and bleeding control is easier than you think, and the skills could save someone you love.

Even Flatline Frank knows it's less awkward when someone nearby has training. 😅
