We had a great first day, full of smiles, a few tears (totally expected for our new kiddos!), and lots of sweet moments.

Our little ones enjoyed being outside, music and Bible time. By noon, everyone was very hungry, and by rest time… well, some of our friends were so tired they fell asleep right away. 😴 Others didn’t nap at all and that’s okay. It’s the first day, and routines take time.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing teachers for giving extra love, comfort, and snuggles to our little cryers. You made today peaceful, safe, and full of joy.

Overall, it was a wonderful first day — and it will only get better from here. 🥰❤️

BIG SHOUTOUT 📣

Crossroads MDO/Homeschool Families, we want to spotlight two amazing members of our Crossroads church staff, the ones you may not always see, but who are working hard every single day to support our program.

Susan — our Admin Ministry Assistant who answers all your calls, schedules every church event, and somehow knows where literally everything is 😂 She’s our walking, talking GPS + calendar + encyclopedia. We adore her!

Sharon — our Finance Ministry Assistant who handles the 💵 money, runs background checks, manages payroll, and keeps all the important things in order. She’s our quiet powerhouse and we’re so grateful for her!

We are so THANKFUL for these two ladies. You may not see them in the classrooms, but trust me they are working hard to make sure our Crossroads MDO/Homeschool is strong, supported, and thriving.
