🌮 Math, Science, and Heritage at Medio Creek!
Our students had a blast celebrating Cinco de Mayo while putting their STEM skills to the test! 🇲🇽✨

It wasn’t just about the celebration; it was about the process. Our mini-lesson challenged students to use:

Sequencing Skills: Following step-by-step traditions and recipes in the correct order.

Measurement: Precision was key as they calculated ingredients and materials.

Problem Solving: Navigating real-world challenges during their hands-on activities.

We are so proud of our students for honoring heritage through the lens of discovery and critical thinking!

WE OWN THE NIGHT! 🌟🕺

Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders officially traded their pencils for glow sticks! To celebrate finishing the STAAR test, we turned down the lights and turned up the heat at our Black Light Glow Party. Check out these moves! 📸 From the dance floor to the snack bar, the energy was absolutely electric. We are so incredibly proud of the focus these students showed this week—now, they’re showing us how to party!
