Check out how Mrs. Casler celebrated students who showed growth on their MAP test from BOY (Beginning of Year) to EOY (End of Year) by earning chance to “Tattoo the Teacher!”

Students chose a temporary tattoo that represents the number of points they grew this year. The more growth they made, the bigger or more exciting the tattoo choice was!

How It Worked:

* Students must show growth from BOY to EOY MAP testing.
* Each student will receive a tattoo option based on their growth points.
* Tattoos will be temporary, school-appropriate, and applied during our class celebration.

Example Growth Rewards
1–3 points growth =Small tattoo
4–6 points growth =Medium tattoo
7-9 points growth =Large tattoo
10+ points growth =Premium/funny teacher tattoo choice

Why We’re Doing This?

This activity is a fun way to celebrate:

Academic growth

Positive classroom culture

Every point matters, and every student has the opportunity to show growth.

We are so excited to see our newly inducted members shine this coming year, and we are incredibly proud of our current 8th graders for all of their hard work and dedication this past year!
