Yesterday, we officially kicked off another exciting year with Meet the Chiefs! It was great seeing our Lake View community come together to celebrate the students, organizations, and traditions that make being a Chief so special.

The Lake View Chieftain Band was proud to be there, bringing the music, energy, and Chief spirit! 🎺🥁🎷

A new school year means new memories, new friendships, Friday night lights, and plenty of music ahead.

The Lake View High School Honor Band's performance recording of Richard Saucedo's "Groovee" competed well at the area round, placing 9 out of 12 in the entire West Area of ATSSB schools. Congrats band!

Congratulations to the Lake View HS Honor Band - their performance recording of Richard Saucedo's "Groovee" placed 2nd in the ATSSB Outstanding Performance Series contest and has advanced to the Area round.

Congratulations to all our students who competed at the State Solo and Ensemble Contest in Kyle, TX this weekend. It was a test of focus, discipline, and willpower to wake up *super* early and perform for graduation, and then IMMEDIATELY book it 4 hours to the event. We barely made our first performance, and the kids mobilized swiftly and with purpose. We are so proud of them.
