In healthy relationships, love isn’t a transaction. It’s not about keeping things perfectly even or waiting for everything to feel “fair” in every moment.
It’s about learning how to give with intention, and just as importantly, how to receive without guilt or hesitation.
Because strong relationships aren’t built on keeping score. They’re built on openness, trust, and the willingness to both offer and accept love.

Infertility doesn’t just affect the body, it touches identity, meaning, and the way couples connect.
When the weight of it builds, many couples find themselves stuck in pain cycles: misunderstanding each other, reacting instead of responding, and slowly drifting into disconnection without meaning to.
In this webinar, Kaitlyn Zito, M.S., AMFT will walk through a holistic approach to navigating infertility together using Biopsychosocial-Spiritual and Restoration Therapy frameworks. You’ll learn how to recognize what’s happening beneath the surface, interrupt destructive cycles early, and respond to one another in ways that build safety instead of distance.
Because even in something as painful and complex as infertility, couples can learn to move toward each other, not away.

Your nervous system is part of your relationship communication.
When emotions spike, most conflict isn’t just “about the topic”, it’s about what’s happening in the body. In this webinar, LMFT Timothy Garner will explore how somatic work can help couples recognize early signs of dysregulation, stay within their window of tolerance, and respond with more clarity instead of reactivity.
Because regulation isn’t just emotional, it’s physical. And when we learn to notice what our bodies are telling us, we create more space for connection, even in hard moments.

We're grateful for a meaningful day at the Utah Marriage Commission Annual Meeting, alongside so many who make this work possible.
We had the opportunity to gather with dedicated commissioners and partners, including our founder, former Utah First Lady Jackie Leavitt, Utah Representative Melissa Ballard, UMC President Bruce Hough, and many others who care deeply about strengthening marriages and families across our state.
From sharing updates on this past year, to exploring future initiatives, to touring the capitol together—it was a full and meaningful day.
What stood out most wasn’t just the work, but the people behind it. The care, collaboration, and shared purpose to strengthen relationships and families across Utah is something special.
We’re grateful you’re part of it. Here’s to the year ahead 🤍
