Hey guys!!!
I've never really used this page as anything but a space to share my Instagram stuff. But I want to change that! I do Instagram a ton to add value so if you aren't following me over there. Go do that! :)

But I'd love to start using this page to serve you!

1- Hey friends my name is Heidi (which I'm assuming you knew) :) I live in Utah with my family.
2-I'm most excited for the walks, splash pad dates, pool time, bike rides! I LOVE summer!
3-I want to add value to your lives. I want to help you in the areas you feel stuck and help you get to the point where you are LOVING every single day of your life! I want to help you in those hard moments. I also want to help you find direction in your spirituality. I think when we know who we are and who's we are we can do anything! That's my goal here! :)

Coaching has gifted me the joy of life and I want to gift you that same thing!

We only have one life we might as well enjoy it right!

You guys I just played with it, and continue to do so.

I’ve learned and continue to learn how I feel the spirit and how I like to learn.

Then I apply that to my scripture study.

So good!

I was listening to the podcast Unshaken this morning and he said something along this line and it was such an eye opener for me.

I want you to think about what experience is your go to share experience?

How long ago was it?

Do you remember how you felt when it happened?

How do you feel when you talk about it?

What if you could feel that more often? Daily even?

You totally can!

Not only can you but God wants that for you.

This is the work my friends!

Your opinion of you matters!

More than anyone else’s.

So I have a few questions for you..

-what do you like about you?
-what have you done that makes you proud?

If someone came up to you and told you that they hate your blue hair, that it’s hideous but you know your hair isn’t blue. It wouldn’t bother you. You wouldn’t give it a second thought.

That’s what having your own back feels like.

Practice loving yourself!

Everything about you!

Even the things you wish you could change.

Then change from that energy!

That’s when the magic happens!

The biggest secret to the change in my gospel study for the last almost 3 years.

I truly believe our prophet when he says..

“The heavens are OPEN and God speaks to his children”

“Oh there is so much more that your Father in Heaven WANTS you to know.”

Turn to him, look for him and you will find that he was there all along!

There is nothing that brings more joy!

Can I tell you a secret?!

This past weekend when I was in Nashville meeting these girls that have played such a huge role in my life for the past year and a half. I was swimming in self doubt.

I built this huge story on how I wasn’t pretty enough, skinny enough, successful enough and that they were going to figure out that I didn’t belong there.

I felt so much anxiety and self doubt.

My mind told me that I had to have cuter clothes, lose more weight, make more money in order to feel better.

Our brains do this all the time. We chase happiness, love, acceptance. But those feelings are available to us right now. Not changing a thing.

Well that’s not true. You have to change one thing. Your perspective. Your thoughts.

Happiness, love and acceptance is never outside of us.

Which is the best news ever!

If you ever find yourself in moments like this I want to offer 3 things to help.

1-Say a silent prayer and ask God to help you notice your strengths.

2-List 3 things you like about you. Then 3 more. Then 3 more. Do this until the good outweighs the bad.

3-Look outward. Be more interested in the other person than your own insecurities. Ask questions, get to know them and their story!

Bonus tip: either talk it out with a friend who will talk sense into you or talk it out to yourself through a thought download. Sometimes if we just hear our brain out, it quiets down and we are able to move on.

Remember that you are a daughter of God and you are 100% lovable the way you are, today. Without changing a thing.
