Today is Q&A!
In Utah, do we require a married person to sign a deed as "Their Sole and Separate Property" when removing that married person from the title?
A) Yes! It is always that way.
B) No! Utah is not a Community Property State.
C) Only when a spouse doesn't want it as an asset in a divorce.
D) Married persons only do this when they want to keep the properties they buy as separate investments so their kids can inherit their portion.

Interest rates may be high compared to a year ago. However, historically they are still low. In the '80s, interest rates topped out at 18.5%. In October of 1981, the average interest rate was 17%.
