We had so much fun and are so proud of our dedicated musicians!

Our Spring Concert is this Tuesday, May 5th! As themed “Realms of Imagination” we will showcase our imagination and creativity through a variety of music. Our concert features our Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and Percussion Ensemble.

Be sure to join us in the ERHS Auditorium at 7pm following the Erwin Middle School Band concert at 6:30pm!

Our Jazz Band and Winter Percussion had so much fun performing at Arts in the Park in Granite Quarry today! A huge thank you to all the friends, family, and the community for coming out to see our performance.

Shout out to the event coordinator, Debbie, and the Town of Granite Quarry, North Carolina - Government for being such a great host!

The Mustang Regiment’s Drum Major, Tucker Sutton, has an exciting opportunity to attend Western Carolina University’s Summer Symposium! Summer Symposium is a camp dedicated to developing leadership, conducting, and communication skills in student musicians! This experience will equip him with invaluable training to enhance not only his professional growth but also the future of our band!

CONGRATULATIONS to our East Rowan Wind Ensemble for receiving a rating of SUPERIOR at the SCDBA Music Performance Assessment today! We are so proud of them for their hard work and dedication to music!

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS:

Our East Rowan band members traveled this week to Universal Studios for their spring break! They visited Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Epic Universe. They participated in the STARS Sound Design workshop where they performed music and sound effects from the movie The Lorax, learning more about sound design and film production!

We had so much fun!
