Well-being is more than just feeling okay. It's about finding balance across different areas of life such as your goals, relationships, health, finances, sense of purpose, and emotional well-being. When one area feels off, it can impact the others. Taking small steps to care for yourself in each dimension can make a big difference in your overall college experience.
At K-State Salina, we're committed to supporting students as they navigate challenges, build strengths, and develop habits that contribute to long-term success both inside and outside the classroom.
Have questions about well-being resources, campus support, or ways to get involved? We're here to help. Contact us at Salina Student Life: [email protected]
