Step up to the mic during the SoapBox Announcments and share your events. Light refreshments will be served and a cash bar available to enjoy you favorite beverage. Open to the public. Join us on the SteamPlant Plaza for June's Creative Mixer and Artists' Reception featuring FIBArts, a community art show brimming with artwork inspired by and celebrating FIBArk in the Paquette Gallery. Re-home and upcycle your art treasures! The Salida Council for the Arts is collecting prints, posters, paintings, wall hangings, sculptures, and pottery to resell at their community 2nd Chance Art Sale. Give your gently used treasures a new home and a 2nd chance to be enjoyed.
Most donations will be sold $10-$50 with all proceeds going to Salida Council for the Arts to fund grant and scholarship programs.
Donations can be dropped off at Box of Bubbles, 206 E Street, Salida.
Thursday, May 28th 3-7pm
Saturday, May 30th 9am-1pm
The 2nd Chance Art Sale will be held on Saturday, June 6th, 9am-4pm at Box of Bubbles, 206 E Street, Salida. (Unsold items will be donated)
